Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Leave Administration & Accommodations Manager to oversee enterprise-wide leave and accommodation programs across a multi-state workforce. This role will serve as the SME on FMLA, ADA, PWFA, disability, parental leave, and state/local laws, partnering with HR, Legal, Benefits, Payroll, and business leaders.

You will manage complex cases, lead the ADA interactive process, oversee third-party leave administrator, ensure regulatory compliance, analyze trends,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leave administration, accommodations, benefits, or HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, PWFA, disability, and multi-state leave laws.
• Experience handling sensitive employee matters and vendor management.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior people management experience.
• SHRM or PHR/SPHR certification.
• Law firm or professional services experience.
• Experience with Workday, AbsenceSoft, MetLife, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex leave and accommodation cases from intake through return-to-work.
• Lead the ADA interactive process and accommodation requests.
• Oversee the firm's third-party leave administrator.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Analyze trends and improve leave and accommodation programs.
• Develop policies, training, and employee resources.
• Manage and mentor a Leave & Accommodation Specialist.
