Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Boston, MA is seeking a Leave of Absence (LOA) Specialist to manage all employee LOA programs, workplace accommodations and compliance.

The successful candidate will handle end-to-end LOA processes (FMLA, state and local leaves, military leave, disability, personal leaves) and oversee workers' compensation claims, providing high-touch support to employees.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct LOA administration experience (including workers' compensation).
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and multi-state leave laws.
• Experience with a Leave Management system.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end LOA programs (FMLA, state/local leaves, military, disability, personal leaves).
• Coordinate with vendors, HR, Legal, managers and employees to administer leave and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate records, tracking, payroll coordination, COBRA, and state leave requirements.
• Oversee workers' compensation claims lifecycle including return-to-work.
