WelbeHealth is seeking a Program Manager for Leaves & Accommodations to lead the strategy, administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of our leave programs across a multi-state workforce. You will partner with People leaders, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, Operations, and vendors to deliver a consistent, employee-centered experience through FMLA, ADA, PWFA, CFRA, and related laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of five years in leave administration, disability management, or related HR programs in a multi-state environment.
• Experience leading programs or teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead WelbeHealth's leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, parental leave, etc.) and related accommodations.
• Develop long-term leave management strategy focused on compliance and scalability.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, audits, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state leave laws including FMLA, ADA, PWFA, CFRA, HIPAA.
