Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Sr. Leave and Accommodation Manager to oversee nationwide leave and accommodation programs across facilities.

You will ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and CA laws while guiding case managers and providing analytics and process improvements. Collaborating with executive leadership, HR, payroll, benefits, and technology teams, you will drive operational excellence, support acquisitions and mergers, and improve leave processes in a fast-paced health system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• Eight years of HR experience in benefits, leave management, or generalist role with at least five years in interactive process administration.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state leave and disability laws, including ADAAA, FEHA, PWFA, FMLA, CFRA, CA PDL; CA leaves experience required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leave and accommodation programs for facilities nationwide.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and CA leave laws.
• Provide case management, escalation support, data analytics, and training.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, facility HR, payroll, benefits, and technology partners.
