Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Perform leasing, move-in, renewal, and transfer activities
• Qualify prospects and conduct tours
• Maintain follow-up cadence for all traffic sources
• Process applications, approvals, payments, and lease documentation
• Inspect show units and readiness of tour paths
• Support resident retention and outreach
• Train, mentor, and coach junior leasing team members
• Assist management with competitor research
• Maintain closing ratio per company standards and performance
