Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 3 to lead leasing execution, support occupancy performance, and provide day-to-day training to junior leasing associates in Phoenix. You will manage tours, qualify prospects, and ensure accurate lease documentation.

The role requires strong communication, coaching ability, and proficiency with leasing systems and MS Office. Local travel to communities may be expected as part of the job responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong administrative accuracy and leasing systems proficiency.
• Ability to coach peers and model best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing, move-in, renewal, and transfer activities.
• Qualify prospects and conduct high-quality tours.
• Maintain consistent follow-up cadence for all traffic sources.
• Process applications, approvals, payments, and lease documentation.
• Inspect show units and tour paths for readiness.
• Support resident retention and outreach initiatives.
• Train, mentor, and coach less experienced leasing team members.
• Assist management with competitor research.
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations.
