Bridge Property Management is seeking a senior Leasing and Service Professional, Level 3 to lead leasing execution, support occupancy performance, and mentor junior leasing associates. The role focuses on driving leasing activities, tours, applications, and training to ensure readiness across communities.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED, leasing or customer service experience, and strong administrative skills with leasing systems proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong administrative accuracy and leasing systems proficiency.
• Ability to coach peers and model best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing, move-in, renewal, and transfer activities.
• Qualify prospects and conduct high-quality tours.
• Maintain consistent follow-up cadence for all traffic sources.
• Process applications, approvals, payments, and lease documentation.
• Inspect show units and tour paths for readiness.
• Support resident retention and outreach initiatives.
• Train, mentor, and coach less experienced leasing team members.
• Assist management with competitor research.
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations.
