Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 3 in Tampa to lead leasing execution and support occupancy performance. You will train junior associates and coach peers to ensure best practices across the team.

Responsibilities include tours, applications, renewals, and lease documentation, with emphasis on high-quality customer service and strong communication. This role requires leadership in a senior individual contributor capacity and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong administrative accuracy and leasing systems proficiency.
• Ability to coach peers and model best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing, move-in, renewal, and transfer activities.
• Qualify prospects and conduct high-quality tours.
• Maintain consistent follow-up cadence for all traffic sources.
• Process applications, approvals, payments, and lease documentation.
• Inspect show units and tour paths for readiness.
• Support resident retention and outreach initiatives.
• Train, mentor, and coach less experienced leasing team members.
• Assist management with competitor research.
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations.
