Job summary

Bridge Property Management seeks a Senior Leasing and Service Professional to lead on-site leasing operations, drive new lease production, and coach the leasing team. You will supervise lead management, conversions, and ensure customer service standards are met.

You will coordinate pricing, outreach, and marketing strategy while supporting escalated leasing issues and Fair Housing compliance. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills to influence team performance and achieve

Qualifications

• Experience leasing multifamily properties with proven sales results.
• Experience coaching and supervising leasing/service teams.
• Strong communication and accountability required.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leases and meet monthly leasing goals.
• Coach, motivate, and train leasing and service team members.
• Oversee lead management, tours, and follow-up execution.
• Monitor leasing KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain closing ratio per company standards.
• Collaborate on pricing, outreach, and marketing strategy.
• Handle escalated prospect or leasing issues.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and sales processes.
