Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a senior Leasing and Service Professional, Level 3 to lead leasing execution, support occupancy performance, and provide day-to-day training to junior leasing associates at our Atlanta communities.

You will handle lease transactions, conduct tours, train peers, and collaborate with management on retention strategies, while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong administrative accuracy and leasing systems proficiency
• Ability to coach peers and model best practices

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing, move-in, renewal, and transfer activities
• Qualify prospects and conduct high-quality tours
• Maintain consistent follow-up cadence for all traffic sources
• Process applications, approvals, payments, and lease documentation
• Inspect show units and tour paths for readiness
• Support resident retention and outreach initiatives
• Train, mentor, and coach less experienced leasing team members
• Assist management with competitor research
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations
