Job summary

Bridge Property Management seeks a Leasing and Service Professional Level 1 to generate leases, greet prospects, and guide tours, ensuring an exceptional resident experience and helping the community achieve occupancy, revenue, and retention goals. The role requires strong communication, organization, and weekend availability, with experience in CRM and property management systems.

You will process applications, maintain records, and support move-ins while upholding Fair Housing and company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• tStrong communication, interpersonal and closing skills.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Conduct apartment and community tours tailored to prospect needs.
• Explain floor plans, pricing, amenities, lease terms, and policies.
• Process guest cards, applications, and leasing paperwork accurately.
• Maintain lead, traffic, and prospect follow-up records in the property management system.
• Support resident move-ins, renewals, and general customer service needs.
• Participate in marketing outreach, resident events, and social media/community promotion.
• Maintain professional presentation of the leasing office, model units, and tour paths.
• Comply with Fair Housing and all company policies.
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance with company standards.
