Qualifications

• Certification such as CPM or CLP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing staff and ensure quality leasing procedures and customer service.
• Train new leasing consultants and retrain/redirect existing staff.
• Manage communication between management and leasing staff and monitor weekly/monthly goals.
• Ensure leases and lease packages are accurate prior to signing.
