Legend Management Group is seeking a Senior Leasing Consultant to drive direct sales, lead onsite team efforts, and deliver exceptional resident experiences at our Maryland/Virginia communities. You will listen to prospective residents, present solutions, and guide them through the leasing process, reporting to the Property Manager.

This role requires strong customer service, sales experience, and knowledge of leasing, with the ability to manage leads, conduct tours, and implement retention

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience in property management.
• Knowledge of leasing and resident retention processes.
• Familiarity with social media marketing for property awareness.
• Experience using property management software.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional experiences by responding promptly to inquiries.
• Establish positive relationships with residents and visitors.
• Attract new residents through advertising and tours.
• Manage leads and follow up using best practices.
• Guide leasing process from contact to move-in.
• Lead leasing meetings with market knowledge.
• Prepare sales reports and metrics.
• Coordinate resident events and retention programs.
• Post engaging content on social media accounts.
