Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, counsel and manage a successful leasing team
• Oversee leasing process from first contact to move-in and maintain quality control
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to drive traffic and meet occupancy and budget goals
• Oversee all aspects of community marketing and advertising efforts
• Assist with annual budgeting and community plans
• Ensure PO processes meet internal quality standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to engagement efforts
• Maintain positive work culture and perform other duties as assigned by management
