Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years leasing or property management experience.
• Certification such as CPM or CLP preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software and CRM systems.
• Strong sales, marketing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local property laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing staff and ensure quality leasing procedures and customer service.
• Train new leasing consultants and retrain/redirect existing staff.
• Act as a liaison between management and leasing staff; review weekly/monthly goals.
• Ensure leases and lease packages are accurate prior to resident signing.
• Maintain applicant qualification process and approve/disapprove applications.
• Assist Manager with reporting deadlines and calendar management.
• Support office filing and general administrative tasks.
• Provide clerical assistance such as typing, filing, and reports.
• Walk tours with prospects and ensure model units and vacancies ready.
• Review prospect cards for proper follow-up and data accuracy.
• Support marketing efforts and resident retention initiatives.
