Senior Leasing Manager

Job Description Summary

The Senior Leasing Manager is expected to contribute to and deliver optimal business revenue through generating leads and acquiring clients. This role enables the team to achieve revenue targets, develop strong business strategies, provide insights on current market trends, and manage existing and future clients.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prepare standard and customized lease proposals for prospective clients.
  2. Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and lease agreements.
  3. Facilitate lease negotiations and documentation.
  4. Coordinate charges with landlords and clients regarding occupancy decisions.
  5. Conduct ocular inspections.
  6. Ensure proper client services to tenants.
  7. Manage tenant relations, including renewals, rent reviews, and other transactions.
  8. Adhere to the organization's latest leasing policies.

Experience & Educational Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in the corporate real estate industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience and knowledge across a broad range of corporate real estate activities.
  • Ability to manage lease documents and administration effectively.
  • Strong client focus and customer service orientation.
  • Proven ability to act on client instructions and negotiate outcomes aligned with client expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in local and international teams.
