Our client is a real estate company. They seek a Senior Leasing Manager to join their San Francisco, CA office.

Responsibilities

• Generate a sales pipeline and identify opportunities for new locations
• Conduct outreach to set up pitch meetings to welcome future members
• Schedule meetings / tours to create interest and set up qualified meetings
• Own the sales cycle for small to medium business opportunities
• Excite prospects by conducting stellar tours and understanding client needs
• Answer and educate inbound inquiries, escalating when necessary
• Update the leasing and marketing platforms to attract new members
• Work to exceed goals for desk sales and exceed KPIs related to prospecting
• Manage lead, tour, and opportunity pipeline in our CRM platform

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales / leasing experience
• Sales and business operations experience

• Track record of sales in cold calling and emailing
