Job summary

Bell Partners in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior Leasing Consultant to manage marketing, engage with prospective residents, and coordinate lease renewals with a team. You will drive leasing activity, ensure quality showings, and keep leasing metrics on target.

You will handle move-in readiness, coordinate renewals, and provide reports to the Community Manager, while adhering to Fair Housing Standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in multi-family leasing or 2+ years of experience in B2B selling.
• Strong marketing skills are essential.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to successfully work on a team.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to all residents, prospects, and visitors.
• Effectively lease apartments following budget guidelines.
• Set leasing goals for the property with the Community Manager.
• Provide timely reporting on leasing statistics under the direction of the Community Manager.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents.
• Conduct outside marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice.
• Coordinate the application review for each lease including credit and income verifications.
• Complete lease packets and files for each resident including the lease, all addendums, and proper documentation.
• Ensure the condition of leased apartments before move-in, including a final inspection and walk-through with the resident.
• Follow up with residents throughout their lease terms and coordinate the renewal process for each lease.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
