Bell Partners seeks a Leasing Consultant to warmly welcome prospective residents, coordinate tours, and respond to leasing inquiries. You will manage applications, execute lease packets, and maintain ongoing resident communication to ensure smooth renewals and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes professional presentation, teamwork, and knowledge of market offerings while supporting community marketing efforts and Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' customer service experience (hospitality or leasing).
• Professional image and teamwork required.
• Excellent communication and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects and visitors.
• Lease apartments and sell property's products and services per budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic and monitor trends.
• Maintain product knowledge of property and competition.
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice.
• Coordinate resident applications and complete lease packets and files.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; proper documentation.
• Follow up with residents throughout the lease.
