Qualifications

• 1+ years' customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role preferred.
• Ability to work on a team and provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors.
• Lease apartments and promote property products and services within budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in interactions with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic and monitor trends.
• Maintain knowledge of property features and competitive offerings.
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice.
• Coordinate resident application reviews according to Bell guidelines.
• Complete lease packets and related documents for each resident.
