Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Leasing Manager for a Superior, CO community to lead leasing operations, recruit and coach a team of Leasing Consultants, and drive occupancy through proactive marketing and resident-focused service.

You will oversee tours, renewals, and performance reporting to the Community Manager, while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing standards and Bell’s core values.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field required or preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in multi-family leasing or 2+ years in B2B selling desired.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Demonstration of Bell Core Values.
• Strong marketing skills required.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Business knowledge and customer focus.
• Organized and good decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Tour visitors and guests to show amenities, apartments, models, community, etc.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, manage, and provide performance feedback to employees to ensure community performance and adequate staffing.
• Motivate associates through recognition programs, training, and team building, and ensure team meets Operations strategic drivers.
• Train staff members on proper leading techniques and resident services, and conduct regular performance appraisals.
• Set leasing goals and provide timely reporting on leasing statistics with General Manager.
• Conduct weekly meetings with maintenance and leasing staff.
• Evaluate unit prices in accordance with the market and budgeted goals.
• Manage the application review process for each lease and ensure the condition of leased apartments.
• Develop an annual marketing plan, conduct marketing reviews monthly, and conduct outside marketing activities.
• Ensure lease packets and files for each resident include the lease, all addendums, and other proper documentation.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents.
