Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome residents and prospects, coordinate tours, and respond to inquiries about leasing. You’ll renew leases and act as the communication hub between residents, management, and maintenance teams.

You will conduct tours, lease negotiations, and ensure Fair Housing standards, while supporting marketing efforts and maintaining accurate lease documentation. A strong customer service focus and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ customer service experience, hospitality or leasing preferred.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and professional image.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, prospects, and visitors.
• Lease apartments and promote property offerings within budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance.
• Follow up on leasing traffic and maintain traffic data.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist with marketing activities.
• Process applications and prepare lease packets.
• Maintain punctuality and proper documentation.
• Follow up with residents during and after leases.
