Job summary

Talkspace is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver training across Client and Provider Support, driving performance and operational excellence in a remote, Eastern time-based role.

You will develop onboarding, certifications, and ongoing upskilling using adult learning principles and modern eLearning tools, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain training programs for Client and Provider Support.
• Apply adult learning principles to ensure engaging, accessible training outcomes.
• Experience with self-paced eLearning and instructor-led formats.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain training programs for Client Support and Provider Support, including onboarding and role-specific training.
• Create engaging learning experiences across formats: eLearning, instructor-led materials, job aids, tutorials, demonstrations, and assessments.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions and new-hire nesting.
