Job summary

Talkspace is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to join the Operations, Client Support team. You will design and deliver training programs for Client and Provider Support, including onboarding, role-specific training, and ongoing upskilling.

The role emphasizes collaborative, data-driven improvement of training effectiveness, leveraging LMS analytics and adult-learning principles. This is a remote position based on Eastern time, with Talkspace HQ in NYC.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in instructional design, training, L&D, or related field.
• Experience designing for adult learners with self-paced and instructor-led formats.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline, Captivate) and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain training programs for Client and Provider Support.
• Create engaging learning experiences across multiple formats (eLearning, ILT, job aids).
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions and onboarding activities.
• Manage training assignments, enrollments, and progress in the LMS; coordinate schedules.
