Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in React and Node.js.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience mentoring and guiding teams.
• Strong technical expertise and understanding of industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering teams to develop features and manage releases.
• Review code and ensure high quality through PRs and guidelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and help with hiring and training.
• Oversee system health and ensure production readiness of features.
• Communicate decisions clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
