Job summary

Southwest Power Pool, Inc. is seeking a Lead Training Developer to advance learning across the organization.

The role collaborates with eLearning Developers, Instructional Designers, and Training Specialists to deliver scalable and engaging experiences aligned with business outcomes. The incumbent will drive standards, guide development, and maintain partnerships with SMEs, HR, Compliance, and operations to reflect processes and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 8 years of Instructional Design, eLearning Development, and/or Training Facilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise learning solutions to improve capability and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the learning team.
• Lead complex learning initiatives from analysis through implementation.
• Establish standards for design, accessibility, branding, and QA.
• Design and develop learning solutions using adult learning principles.
