Job summary

symplr seeks an Employee Growth & Development Specialist to design and lead scalable learning initiatives, combining adult learning theory with modern training modalities. You will collaborate with HR and leadership to set objectives, develop curricula, and measure impact across the organization.

You will curate product training, foster leadership development, and apply AI-enabled approaches to improve processes and outcomes in a remote-office environment, with travel up to 25% and a full-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience creating and administering employee learning programs, with at least 5 years in leadership development.
• Experience supporting organizational AI enablement initiatives, including adoption, change management, training, or workforce upskilling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Learning, Human Resources, and organizational leaders to define and design scalable, employee growth training, including scope, objectives, and learning lifecycle for employee growth and development.
• Curates and customizes learning courses and programs to meet tactical and strategic objectives and intended employee groups.
• Coordinates employee training experiences (onsite and virtual) to support internal teams.
• Develops, evaluates, and continuously improves training programs to stay current with technology, development approaches, new learning modalities, and audience needs.
• Communicates learning leading practices for internal training programs to support learning outcomes across the organization.
• Monitors the effectiveness of learning initiatives and proactively recommends improvements.
• Develops and provides metrics to leadership on learning strategy and outcomes.
• Facilitates core-skills development and leadership training.
• Keeps working knowledge of symplr products to curate product training into learning paths.
