Job summary

Selective Insurance is seeking a Sr. Learning Management Specialist for a hybrid role in Charlotte, NC.

The role develops training curricula, facilitates programs, and collaborates with management and SMEs to ensure current and relevant content. It analyzes learning needs, coordinates skill assessments, and tracks program outcomes, providing guidance to trainers and integrating computer-based training as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Experience with eLearning tools (Captivate, Lectora, Presenter).
• Familiarity with Coursemill LMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis with clients and SMEs; develop standards for learning objectives and content.
• Design and develop training programs and curricula using instructional design methods; includes eLearning development.
• Measure progress with meaningful criteria; monitor outcomes and propose improvements.
