Job summary

BCBS Global Solutions is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist in King of Prussia, PA. You will design and deliver training that translates complex health insurance products into clear, practical learning experiences for employees across the company.

You’ll collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to identify needs, create engaging materials, and facilitate sessions that build confidence and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate training, learning & development, instructional design or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• Enjoy creating and delivering learning experiences that help people build confidence and succeed.
• Understand health insurance products and can make complex information easier to understand.
• Confident communicator with facilitation and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences for virtual and in-person learning.
• Develop interactive learning materials, assessments, job aids and other resources.
• Use learning tools and technology to support different learning needs.
• Lead training sessions that help employees build confidence and apply new skills.
• Coach and support employees as they learn and develop new skills.
