Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Sr Learning Professional to design and deliver advanced learning programs. You will lead the enterprise development training roadmap, manage program life cycles, and translate organizational capability needs into actionable development and change enablement plans.

You will measure adoption and impact, collaborate with vendors, and mentor junior staff while reporting ROI and learning outcomes to leadership. Hybrid role based in Sacramento, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of instructional design experience in a corporate setting.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop advanced learning programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead the enterprise development training roadmap and manage full program lifecycle.
• Measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement with analytics.
• Collaborate with vendors and instructional designers to source high-quality content.
• Develop change enablement plans integrating learning, communications, and leadership support.
• Provide mentorship to junior learning professionals.
• Produce regular reports on training effectiveness and ROI.
