Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior Learning Technology Leader to drive advanced Workday learning solutions in a remote US-based role. You will partner with HR Technology and Workforce Intelligence to align talent processes with learning programs and manage end-to-end projects from planning to delivery.

You will spearhead integration of learning platforms, monitor program metrics, and collaborate with L&D, BU, and HR teams to present solutions to executives. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
• Relevant experience in Human Resources, Learning, Talent Development and/or organizational effectiveness.
• Proven experience administering modern learning management platforms or LXPs.
• Demonstrated ability to advance an interconnected learning technology ecosystem that integrates platforms, data, and capabilities across the enterprise.
• Experience generating professional, impactful presentations for executive audiences.
• Project or program management, organization, and the ability to deliver timely, quality projects.
• Effective collaborator with ability to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to aggregate and utilize data to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the HR Technology team and Workforce Intelligence teams to drive the execution of advanced Workday learning solutions in alignment with talent and performance processes.
• Manage projects from end-to-end including project planning, benchmarking, stakeholder identification and analysis, communications, and timely deliverables.
• Provide support and coordination for related talent management projects and initiatives, ensuring cooperation and alignment across the talent organization.
• Leverage learning technology to assess workforce learning and development gaps and prepare advanced solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Define and monitor key program performance metrics to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Collate information and analyze data for insights on effectiveness of management systems in facilitating global talent and organizational needs. Utilize data to recommend improvements.
• Proactively collaborate with L&D, BU, and HR teams to communicate learning solutions to various audiences, including senior and executive leaders, within a highly matrixed organization.
• Prepare learning ecosystems for AI by assessing emerging capabilities and aligning them with organizational learning needs.
• Research externally for latest talent technologies and present business cases for continued innovation to internal systems and processes.
• Travel up to 30%.
