Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR, learning, or organizational effectiveness roles.
• Experience administering modern learning platforms and LXPs.
• Ability to present to executives and stakeholders.
• Strong project/program management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Technology and Workforce Intelligence to implement Workday learning solutions.
• Manage end-to-end projects including planning, benchmarking, and deliverables.
• Support talent management projects ensuring alignment across the organization.
• Use learning tech to assess gaps and propose solutions.
• Define metrics and monitor program performance; drive innovations.
• Collaborate with L&D, BU, and HR to communicate solutions to leaders.
• Prepare learning ecosystems for AI aligned with needs.
• Research external talent tech trends and build business cases.
• Travel up to 30%.
