RTX’s Learning & Talent Development organization seeks a Director, Learning Strategy to shape enterprise learning priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives.

In this remote role, you will partner with the Head of L&TD to craft strategic programs, manage investments, and storyteller with executive audiences while driving adoption across a global workforce. Up to 40% travel may be required to support global program execution.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with senior-level learning & development exposure.
• Proven ability to lead strategic learning initiatives and cross-functional programs.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and executive storytelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to the Head of L&TD to prioritize strategic work.
• Lead enterprise-wide learning initiatives from design through implementation.
• Shape learning technology strategy and ensure integration with talent systems.
