RTX is seeking a senior leader for HR Learning Technology to drive advanced Workday learning solutions across the enterprise. You will manage end-to-end projects, coordinate across HR, L&D, and business units, and align learning ecosystems with AI capabilities. Remote role with up to 30% travel.

The role requires a strong background in LMS/LXP administration, stakeholder management, and executive-level communication, with a track record of delivering high-impact programs.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 10+ years in HR/Learning/Organizational Effectiveness.
• Experience in HR, Learning, Talent Development and/or Organizational Effectiveness.
• Experience administering modern LMS/LXP platforms.
• Ability to build scalable learning tech ecosystem across the enterprise.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership.
• Strong project/program management and timely delivery.
• Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Technology and Workforce Intelligence to drive advanced Workday learning solutions.
• Manage projects end-to-end including planning, benchmarking, stakeholder analysis and communications.
• Provide support and coordination for talent management projects across the talent organization.
• Leverage learning tech to assess workforce development gaps and craft advanced solutions.
• Define and monitor program metrics to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Collate data for insights on effectiveness of management systems and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with L&D, BU, and HR to communicate solutions to senior leaders in a matrix org.
• Prepare learning ecosystems for AI by aligning capabilities with learning needs.
• Research external talent tech trends and present business cases for ongoing innovation.
• Travel up to 30%.
