Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior leader for HR Learning Technology to drive advanced Workday learning solutions across the enterprise. You will manage end-to-end projects, coordinate across HR, L&D, and business units, and align learning ecosystems with AI capabilities. Remote role with up to 30% travel.

The role requires a strong background in LMS/LXP administration, stakeholder management, and executive-level communication, with a track record of delivering high-impact programs.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent with 10+ years in HR/Learning/Organizational Effectiveness.
  • Experience in HR, Learning, Talent Development and/or Organizational Effectiveness.
  • Experience administering modern LMS/LXP platforms.
  • Ability to build scalable learning tech ecosystem across the enterprise.

What You Will Do
  • Partner with the HR Technology team and Workforce Intelligence teams to drive the execution of advanced Workday learning solutions in alignment with talent and performance processes.
  • Manage projects from end-to-end including project planning, benchmarking, stakeholder identification and analysis, communications, and timely deliverables.
  • Provide support and coordination for related talent management projects and initiatives, ensuring cooperation and alignment across the talent organization.
  • Leverage learning technology to assess workforce learning and development gaps and prepare advanced solutions to meet organizational needs.
  • Define and monitor key program performance metrics to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Collate information and analyze data for insights on effectiveness of management systems in facilitating global talent and organizational needs. Utilize data to recommend improvements.
  • Proactively collaborate with L&TD, BU, and HR teams to communicate learning solutions to various audiences, including senior and executive leaders, within a highly matrixed organization.
  • Prepare learning ecosystems for AI by assessing emerging capabilities and aligning them with organizational learning needs.
  • Research externally for latest talent technologies and present business cases for continued innovation to internal systems and processes.
  • Travel up to 30%.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • Relevant experience in Human Resources, Learning, Talent Development and/or Organizational Effectiveness.
  • Proven experience administering modern learning management platforms or LXPs.
  • Demonstrated ability to advance an interconnected learning technology ecosystem that integrates platforms, data, and capabilities across the enterprise, enabling a scalable strategy that improves the learner experience, strengthens reporting, and promotes efficiency and innovation.
  • Experience generating professional, impactful, and persuasive presentations that effectively communicate to multiple audiences, including executive leaders.
  • Project or program management, organization, and the ability to deliver timely, quality projects.
  • Effective collaborator with ability to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating agility and flexibility, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to aggregate and utilize data to influence decisions.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
