Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Manager of Learning Systems & Enablement to lead the design and delivery of advanced learning solutions across the enterprise. This remote role partners with HR Technology and Workforce Intelligence to align talent development with performance processes, while managing end-to-end projects and driving data-informed improvements.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent experience, 7–10+ years in HR/Learning, and strong analytical and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree if preferred.
• Experience in HR, Learning, Talent Development or Organizational Effectiveness.
• Experience administering modern learning management platforms or LXPs.
• Ability to build an interconnected learning tech ecosystem across the enterprise.
• Experience creating impactful presentations for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Technology and Workforce Intelligence to drive Workday learning solutions.
• Manage end-to-end projects including planning, benchmarking, stakeholders, communications, deliverables.
• Support talent management projects ensuring coordination across the talent organization.
• Leverage learning tech to assess gaps and design solutions.
• Define and monitor program metrics and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Analyze data to provide insights on management systems and organizational needs.
• Collaborate with L&T, BU, and HR to communicate solutions to executives.
• Prepare learning ecosystems for AI and align with organizational needs.
• Research external talent tech and present business cases for innovation.
• Travel up to 30%.
