Job summary

Williams is seeking a Training Programs Manager in Tulsa to lead senior-level training strategy, design, and delivery across enterprise teams. You will assess learning needs, craft programs, and guide large-scale initiatives with technical collaborators.

The role emphasizes Workday Learning expertise, instructional design skills, and a strong background in adult learning, with key partnerships across business units to drive change and upskill employees.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s degree plus a minimum of 10 years of related experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred with at least 15 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter specialist for area of focus
• Performs learning needs analyses with business partners
• Designs training plans, development programs and learning content
• Leads sophisticated projects and tasks across multiple workgroups
• Provides user support for Workday Learning and other enterprise learning/training technology
• Partners with others to support significant change initiatives and enterprise programs
• Other duties as assigned
