Williams is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full-cycle recruiting and partner with HR and business leaders in Tulsa. The role emphasizes data-driven recruitment strategies, process improvements, and compliance across the organization.

The position offers opportunities to influence talent strategy within a Fortune 500 company while collaborating with a broad network of stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6+ years recruiting experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field with 8+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and implements all aspects of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Leads projects to implement new system functionality, optimize processes, increase efficiency, or otherwise enhance our talent acquisition capabilities.
• Guides HR business partners and business leaders regarding relevant metrics and trends, and uses data to drive recruiting strategy as appropriate.
• Participates in professional networking groups, job fairs and other recruiting events.
• Develops effective ideas and creative solutions to streamline and improve the process of recruiting for active and passive candidates.
• Ensures data integrity and legal compliance throughout the recruiting process.
• Other duties as assigned
