Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Program Manager (PGM) to architect training programs for a strategic account. You will lead Sr. Leads and Instructional Designers, aligning client technical requirements with creative output.

You won’t just build training; you’ll map requirements, plan solutions, and execute scalable, data-driven training content across teams. You’ll measure success by project outcomes, client satisfaction, and program health, while guiding onboarding, QA/QC, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 8+ years of large-scale project/program management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D), Instructional Design, or Content Strategy.
• 3+ years of people management experience (managing leads or creative teams).
• Experience in highly regulated or technical industries is preferred.
• Proficiency with PM software (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and familiarity with design tools (Articulate, Rise/Storyline, Adobe CC).
• Strong data interpretation skills (SQL or advanced Excel/Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Sr. Leads and Instructional Designers.
• Bridge the client’s technical requirements with the team’s output.
• Ensure content is accurate, data-driven, scalable, and delivered on time.
• Map requirements, plan solutions, and execute strategies.
• Balance client needs with operational targets while ensuring world-class service.
