Valid8 Financial, Inc. is seeking a Senior Organizational Trainer to design and deliver learning experiences that advance knowledge across the organization.

The role architects solutions from professional development to systems and compliance, applying adult-learning principles. You will manage the learning life cycle with SMEs, translate complex information into practical content, and use data to refine delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, communications, or related field required.
• 5+ years in corporate training, instructional design, or L&D.
• Experience designing organization-wide training for diverse roles.
• Experience needs assessments and translating to structured solutions.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and facilitation.
• Experience with LMS and virtual platforms.
• Travel up to 20% annually.

Responsibilities

• Design curricula and learning experiences grounded in adult learning.
• Develop instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and hybrid training.
• Lead programs to advance performance across the organization.
• Facilitate onboarding on mission, culture, and roles.
• Produce job aids, facilitator guides, and quick references.
• Manage learning content library and resources.
• Track participation and outcomes using established systems.
• Analyze learning data to inform future priorities.
