Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning Experience Architect in the USA, with responsibility for blending curriculum design, instructional tech, and user experience to create field-ready digital learning. Location is New Jersey or remote USA within ~2.5 hour flight.

You will partner with Sales, HR, Technology, and Regional Enablement to align priorities to business goals, drive adoption, and measure outcomes such as productivity and pipeline progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in sales enablement or related roles in global organizations.
• Experience leading global learning programs across geographies.
• Ability to influence without authority and speak to executives.
• Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies and AI-enabled workflows.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, and MS Office; familiarity with other authoring tools.
• Experience developing eLearning modules and LMS content.
• Experience leveraging CRM/LRM data insights.
• Veeva Vault experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning across LMS, eLearning, ILT, and blended formats.
• Define capability architecture linking competencies, methodologies, and outcomes.
• Evaluate learning journeys using LMS, AI tools, and selling-skills platforms.
• Build global learning journeys aligned to BD priorities and sales methodology.
• Govern enterprise learning frameworks ensuring consistency across regions.
• Develop practical, role-relevant, field-ready learning experiences.
• Integrate CRM, CPQ, CLM, and AI analytics into learning experiences.
• Incorporate AI-enabled modalities to boost engagement and scalability.
