Job summary

Pendo seeks a Sr. Program Manager for Mind the Product Training to design and deliver customer training programs aligned with client goals. You will coordinate onboarding, run sessions, and manage pre/post activities while partnering with trainers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, professional services, enablement, consulting operations, or a similar customer-facing SaaS environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate customer needs into practical, executable plans balancing outcomes and business goals.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building scalable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across customers, trainers, advisors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Training opportunity assessment with the Director of Mind the Product to shape program approaches.
• Program operations and delivery: onboard customers, gather engagement details, schedule sessions, and manage delivery steps.
• Pre-training readiness: manage pre-training communication, attendee lists, and materials.
• Post-class follow-up: collect feedback and generate client reports with insights for improvement.
• Course experience improvement: design pre- and post-course experiences to boost engagement and learning.
