Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a Senior Learning & Talent Development Specialist within the Human Resources organization. The role is based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Miamisburg, OH; Birmingham, AL; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; or Denver, CO.

You will consult, design, and develop learning solutions, collaborate with SMEs and vendors, and deliver both in-person and virtual sessions for diverse audiences across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 2+ years of relevant learning and development experience
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs for diverse audiences
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and vendors

Responsibilities

• Consult, design, and develop learning solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs and vendors to drive projects end-to-end with project management, instructional design, and delivery skills.
• Design and deliver learning programs for live audiences in-person and virtually for employees, managers, and leaders.
• Monitor progress and evaluate effectiveness of learning and talent development strategies.
• Develop strategic relationships with internal and external partners and foster innovation.
