The Senior Learning and Organizational Development Partner is a strategic People Operations role responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining learning, leadership, and organizational development initiatives that drive business performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role partners closely with People Operations leadership and business leaders to build scalable development systems, strengthen leadership capability, and enable successful organizational change across the enterprise.
This role operates within People Operations and requires regular collaboration with executive leadership and operational teams. Travel is required to support leaders and teams across multiple locations. The position balances strategic planning with hands‑on program design, facilitation, and leader coaching in a dynamic and evolving organizational environment.
