Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Learning Partner for Management & Leadership Development to own CWU's leadership development portfolio. This senior individual contributor role drives strategy, design, and scalable learning programs for frontline managers to VP-level leaders.

You will partner with PBPs and People teams, influence senior stakeholders, and build programs from scratch that align with CoreWeave's leadership expectations. This is a strategic, high-impact role in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in leadership and management development, organizational learning, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise leadership development programs — including frontline managers and senior leaders.
• Experience in a high-growth technology company; comfort with rapid change, shifting priorities, and ambiguous scope.
• Track record of influencing senior stakeholders (VP-level and above) through credibility, expertise, and relationship-building.
• Experience building programs from scratch — not just inheriting and running existing curricula.

Responsibilities

• Own CWU's leadership development portfolio end-to-end — from strategic framing through program design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Collaborate on scaling Management Essentials and Leadership Essentials programs and related curriculum.
• Design scalable frameworks, toolkits, and resources extending leadership learning into the flow of work.
• Facilitate leadership programs with authority and presence, including executive audiences.
• Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks; demonstrate impact to senior stakeholders.
