Job summary

International Motors USA is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver learning experiences that grow people, strengthen leaders, and improve teams. You will partner with Huntsville site leaders to implement programs that translate principles into everyday practice.

You will lead onboarding and development programs, support leadership learning, and manage learning pathways, training plans, and competency frameworks to sustain a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of learning/development experience
• Master's degree and no experience
• At least 3 years of learning/development experience

Responsibilities

• Identify workforce, leadership, and organizational capability gaps and develop learning solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Design, develop, facilitate, and continuously improve learning experiences that boost engagement, performance, leadership capability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Lead design and deployment of site orientation, onboarding, and development programs to accelerate readiness and integration.
• Support development and deployment of leadership learning experiences to strengthen accountability and coaching.
• Develop and maintain learning pathways, training plans, certification processes, competency frameworks, and related systems.
• Partner with site leaders to create solutions that drive adoption of principles and a culture of operational excellence.
• Build facilitator capability through coaching, observation, feedback, and train-the-trainer approaches.
• Create learning materials, guides, resources, job aids, and transfer tools for on-the-job application.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback, metrics, and data; implement improvements.
• Administer learning systems, training records, LMS, and reporting processes for sitewide learning.
