Job summary

United Auto Credit is hiring a Learning and Development Partner to consult with leaders, diagnose training needs, and design high-impact learning solutions. You will own program design and delivery across Servicing, Sales, Funding, and leadership development streams, collaborating with the broader L&D team to ensure consistency and governance.

The role requires 3–5 years in training or L&D, strong facilitation skills, and proficiency with instructional design and LMS tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in training delivery, facilitation, instructional design, or learning and development.
• Solid experience in live facilitation for audiences from frontline to executives; may include a facilitation demo.
• Strong instructional design across modalities (ILT, virtual, e-learning) with familiarity with authoring tools and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning needs and translate business goals into learning strategies and solutions.
• Design, develop, facilitate, and measure core programs end-to-end within the assigned streams.
• Coordinate with L&D teammates and manage course setup, records, and reporting needs.
