Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Sr Learning & Leadership Specialist to drive enterprise learning initiatives aligned to business priorities.

You will partner with HR and leaders to design, deliver, and measure impactful learning experiences across the organization, from frontline to senior leaders, using data-driven approaches. Youll develop scalable solutions, create facilitator guides, and coach teams to enable learning at scale while navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in adult learning delivering learning & talent management solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Experience conducting needs analysis and data-driven recommendations.
• Familiarity with design thinking and agile learning development techniques.
• Experience building end-to-end learning experiences including project management and partnering with business to curate content.
• Experience delivering learning for diverse audiences and enabling others to deliver it.

Responsibilities

• Identify and align learning needs with business outcomes using data and feedback.
• Develop and deliver people-centric learning solutions across technical, skill-based, and competency areas.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences for audiences from frontline to senior leaders.
• Create facilitator guides and coach others to scale learning across the enterprise.
• Engage in strategic planning, project management, and execution for learning programs.
• Analyze impact of initiatives and present findings to drive continuous improvement.
