Qualifications

• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate learning initiatives to evolve the organization.
• Identify current and future skills requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop learning interventions: digital courses, workshops, simulations, job aids, coaching.
• Utilize learning platforms to deliver and track experiences.
• Evaluate effectiveness with data analysis and performance metrics.
• Build relationships with SMEs, vendors, and learning partners.
