Revlon is seeking a Senior Specialist, Learning & Development to design, develop, and sustain learning solutions that build capability across corporate functions. You will partner with HR, Talent Development, and business leaders to translate priorities into practical, scalable programs.

The role focuses on enterprise strategy, manager development, and measurement, using ADDIE and blended formats. You will work globally with diverse audiences in a hybrid New York setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5–8+ years in L&D or related field.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise leadership programs.
• Experience applying instructional design methodologies (ADDIE) across blended formats.
• Experience managing learning projects with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver enterprise learning strategies, roadmaps, and curricula.
• Develop leadership and manager development experiences with measurable impact.
• Create facilitator guides, resources, and reinforcement tools for transfer of learning.
• Lead learning projects from discovery through pilot, launch, evaluation, and sustainment.
• Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, brand-aligned, and global-ready.
